At Dartican, we began as HR technology consultants. We didn’t set out to build applications or a sophisticated software platform. Our focus, from day one, was simply to help our clients solve day to day problems in compensation management.
In 2004, we began developing desktop tools to help our HR clients minimize human error, improve turnaround times, and more efficiently manage their spreadsheets. Those first-generation tools grew into a full suite that served corporate HR and compensation departments — with an approach simpler and more user-friendly than most enterprise-level HR solutions available at the time. Clients offered feedback, we improved the technology, and Dartican’s desktop tools became known for being easier to set up and use without much hand-holding. Our automated compensation solution began to evolve into something more.
In 2010, after using our desktop solutions to rapidly deploy over 400+ spreadsheets globally with great success and glowing reviews from managers, a large international client approached us with an offer to fund the next evolution of our tools. This evolved into a powerful web-based solution with a straightforward, intuitive design. CompAccelerator web-based software was born.
Since then, our products have continued to evolve. Serving a wide variety of industries in over 80 countries worldwide, Dartican pushes the envelope when it comes to providing the most flexible and functionally robust tools on the market. But, no matter how much our company and products evolve, our focus will remain the same: meeting client needs, making people’s jobs easier, and helping them solve problems they face daily.
