Dartican collects different user information based on the purpose of contact, level of interaction, and product used. For example, much less data is needed when someone initiates a chat on the Dartican website than if a company is a client that we will work with regularly. Dartican only collects, processes and stores essential information required for making contact with individuals within a business environment. The personal data we collect is limited to first name, last name, email address, and social media profiles (If contacted through Social Media). Other business related data may also be processed including business name, business address, business phone number, job function, business size, and details related to which products are used. We will never collect further personal data such as those classed under ‘Sensitive Personal Data’.
